WELCOME!!

Here we go! A new school year and ready for a new beginning.  We will have a great learning experience in 6th grade this year.  The students will be using MacBooks and the computer labs to broaden their computer experience.  Parents will be required to attend a workshop, to be announced at a later date, to find out more about the MacBooks.  Students will learning about computers and the applications used to help them become a better student. I am looking forward to teaching your child the importance of internet safety and the use of computer applications to help them succeed.

Also, it would be to the student's benefit for each student to have their own earphones/earbuds.  An example of earphones are the type used for iPods, etc.  This keeps down on sharing of earphones.  Sometimes the earphones are misplaced, lost or stolen. Students also need a jump/flash drive with at least 1G of memory.  This prevents the student's work from being lost or missed placed.

Welcome back Bulldogs.  This will be a great school year. My email address is cott@ppsb.org.  Parents, please contact me if I can help in anyway.
